Nicholas spent a decade as a professor in Stanford School of Medicine’s Health and Human Performance Department and now consults with companies and Division 1 athletic programs on building high-performance team environments. A Licensed Professional Counselor and AASP Certified Mental Performance Consultant with 15+ years in collegiate athletics. Kaelene served as the first embedded mental performance coach in collegiate football as Director of Mental Performance at Vanderbilt University. Her practice spans clinical mental health, performance consulting with business leaders, medical professionals, and professional athletes.
FNP-BC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency, family, and integrative medicine. Liz established her own women’s health and wellness practice, specializing in supporting women through every stage of life — from reproductive years through menopause — with a focus on hormone health, advanced testing, and lifestyle-based approaches. Dayna brings 10+ years as an NCAA Performance and Nutrition Coach in the Big 12, working alongside National Champions, Final Four teams, Heisman Trophy winners, Super Bowl MVPs, and PGA Tour Champions. She has built nutrition departments from the ground up, and her research spans body positivity among female collegiate athletes and the relationship between eating disorders and concussion history at the Power Five level.
Founder of Emergent, a consulting firm bringing high-performance principles from sport into the corporate world. With 10+ years working with elite athletes, coaches, teams, and executives, Matt’s practice draws on performance psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science — applied to mental skills training, behavior change, leadership, and performing under pressure.
