The Coya Method doesn’t just track your biometric data. It uses it to build personalized lifelong sustainable habits, through a 12-week program.

Most wellness programs either provide information without accountability or data without direction. Coya combines wearable technology, expert coaching, education, and personalized action plans to help participants create meaningful, lasting change over a 12-week long program.

Coya is for anyone who sleeps. Our co-founder and CEO, Jason Mejeur, can often be heard saying that on calls. While it might sound like a joke, it’s true. Here’s why:

As a culture, we’ve become conditioned to do more things, be more efficient, and add more of just about everything to our lives. The result is that many of us are running depleted. Whether that’s sleeping poorly, managing high levels of chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from our health. Over time, inadequate sleep and chronic stress will become major contributors to chronic disease and reduced quality of life.

So, simply put, Coya is designed for anyone who wants to become a better version of themselves—regardless of their profession, fitness level, age, or background.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Programs are delivered virtually and while a majority of our members are from the United States, though we’ve had people from across the globe find success in the program.
  • Coaching can be delivered virtually or in person depending on your location and organizational needs.

Program costs vary based on the level of support, coaching, and technology involved.

We offer:

The best way to determine what pricing is for you is to meet with a Coya Coach. During your consultation, we’ll help identify your goals and recommend the level of support that’s right for you.

Our flagship program is 12 weeks, but we regularly customize programming based on the needs of the individual or organization.

Before joining, every prospective member or organization meets with a Coya Coach to discuss goals, answer any questions, and determine whether Coya is the right fit.

We believe the best coaching relationship starts with a real conversation. 

All one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. You’ll schedule a time that works for you, because we know life is busy enough.

During each session, your coach will:

The goal is to simplify the data and create a clear plan you can confidently execute. 

To participate in a Coya program, you’ll need:

All three platforms are highly accurate when measuring sleep and recovery—approaching the quality of a professional sleep study.

For workout tracking, wrist and finger wearables are generally more accurate during endurance activities (running, cycling, etc.) than during interval training, strength training, or high-intensity workouts
