Get to know Liz Bouma

Liz Bouma FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine, family medicine, and integrative medicine. After years of clinical practice, she transitioned from conventional medicine to establish her own women’s health and wellness practice, where she has specialized for the past three years.

Her work centers on supporting women through every stage of life—from reproductive years through menopause—by focusing on hormone health, advanced hormone testing, and lifestyle based approaches that promote long term wellness. Guided by the belief that prevention is the most powerful form of medicine, she empowers women to restore balance, optimize health, and reduce the risk of chronic illness through sustainable, evidence based strategies.

Liz is a mom of three and wife to a physician. She grew up in Holland, Michigan loving life by the lake, but now resides the mountains of Montana. Her family loves spending time outdoors—whether hiking, skiing, fly fishing or biking.
