What’s New? October Product Release Notes 2022

GRAND RAPIDS, October 12, 2022

We are excited to announce the latest release to the OWN IT App and the Coaching Dashboard.

At OWN IT we are committed to creating experiences that increase performance, wellness, and longevity outside the training facility. We know that strong athlete performance comes from the behaviors and habits introduced today and into the future.

What’s New the OWN IT App?

NEW Today View – The OWN IT App has a new simplified experience to support athletes progress on a daily basis.

Under “Today” athletes will see a 30 day trend of their wellness along with a 3-day look at their HRV trends.  The coaching will update athlete data trends giving them content specific to their “Wellness Today.”

Two smartphones display a wellness app: the left screen shows a progress graph and daily summary, while the right features a video coaching session with a male speaker—highlighting Whats New since October 2022.

NEW Habit Tracker – We have also provided a streamlined habit tracker to help manage and navigate athlete habits and help build new behaviors into their routine.

Two smartphone screens display the October Product Release Notes for a habit-tracking app, showcasing daily habits, a progress chart, and categories like movement, hydration, and sleep.

Athletes can easily mark their habits as they complete them through the day and deep dive into other controllable categories to learn more about each habit that they can opt into.

What’s New In the Coaching Dashboard?

We have simplified the coaches’ single view of data to manage team and individual trends.

A laptop screen displays an athlete management dashboard with a list of athletes, wellness scores, recovery data, and wearable device indicators from the October 2022 Product Release Notes.

This streamlined view helps coaches day-to-day to see how athletes are progressing and allows athletes the opportunity to turn their data sharing off.  To get access to the coaching dashboard reach out to braden@gomaxone.com.

What’s Next

We look forward to continuing our efforts and continuing to introduce content, features and depictions of athlete data to reach goals.  Next we are working on down-day coaching, automated weekly coaching guidelines and reflections, and monthly coaching plans for each person.

We’ve loved all the conversations we’ve had with coaches and athletes about the product feedback. Please continue to provide feedback regarding the refreshed experiences. We are carefully listening to each and every request (no matter how small!) to make improvements.
